Due to severe weather and increased order volume, we are experiencing delays in shipping and your order may take longer then usual to ship.

Orders over $75 enjoy Free domestic shipping within the continental USA. Your purchase will ship standard ground via USPS or UPS and should arrive at its destination within 1 – 10 business days after it ships. Domestic orders outside the 48 continental states: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & the U.S. Virgin Islands require Second Day Air service at a nominal fee.
For more expedited shipping, you can also select other shipping options at additional shipping costs. Please be advised, that expedited shipping applies to business days only and does not include Weekends, or National holidays.
All orders that use free shipping method are sent with basic transit and will have basic tracking info. If you want your package insured and expedited, all customers are welcome to pay for those methods.

Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by FurniPaws.com. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you, as well as any import or return freight charges that FurniPaws was obliged to cover on your behalf will be deducted from your refund when the package is returned to us by the carrier. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping.
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. When we receive the package in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.
